I¡¯ve waited over a year since buying to write this. Used it for at least 100 rounds of golf. Flat, hills, bumps, ground squirrel holes. Rain. Frost. No snow though. Bottom line: it works. Runs, turns, backs up, climbs hills. Carries your bag. Responds to remote from at least 25 yards.
It¡¯s a little heavy. Tends to track to the right, but you can fix that by twisting your bag to the left & pushing the front wheel to the left. Have to loosen, then retighten.
The front wheel will wear out but company has replacements. Worth investing in a lithium battery. Needs coaxing in the cold early morning. Only ran away once, at Chardonnay in Napa. Grabbed a rope attached to a bunch of stakes & headed down the fairway. Bunch of guys chasing it. Laughing & yelling. Coulda been operator error.
Overall a good trolley. Great for the money.

I want to walk the three courses I play most frequently without worrying about the steep slopes I used to have to climb with my push cart. This bat-caddy x3r handles the courses with ease. I admit, the first time I used it I was distracted by the fun I was having controlling the cart with the remote but was so pleased to not be exhausted at the end of the round due to the push cart. This cart has delivered as promised and the battery was more than half charged after a full 18 on a pretty long course. Initially the cart was pulling to the right but I adjusted the weight on my bag (moved some items from the right side to the left side of my bag) and it immediately stopped pulling.

Product performance is excellent. Generally used early morning on a hilly course. Handles all conditions very well. On extreme slopes some manual guidance is helpful however 99% of the time the remote self propelled works great. Remote is easy to get used to. Can easily guide the unit at maximum range of 100+ yards, although closer is better. Steering is a little tricky on slopes and the balance of the golf bag will influence the drift when going straight. Very easy to set up out of the shipping box and before and after each round. Would buy it again!

I really like this cart. Battery lasts a round of golf without problems but I haven¡¯t tried to play any longer without charging it. It¡¯s light enough to lift and fits in the trunk when folded. The only problem I have is that the tread in one of the wheels keeps sliding off and I have to stop playing to fix it which is annoying. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Climb hills without problem.

easy to set up and use. Climbs steep hills easily, but needs a steady hand if fairway or hill is crowned or sloped in order to travel on a safe path. The plastic covering the display is fragile and cracked when I placed a club in the bag that struck this area without much force. Battery lasts 36 holes. Overall quite satisfied and allows me to walk even the most challenging courses.

I walk a VERY hilly golf course four times a week — which is about 5 miles per round. This cart is easy to maneuver, easy to set up, easy to use, and I’m sorry I haven’t had it longer. From time to time, I even take it into some pretty rough terrain searching for those errant golf balls, or to take a shortcut to the next teebox. It handles fine. I highly recommend this to anyone who walks any golf course. You can even run with it if you want to set it on the top speed. Can’t say enough good things about it. Have had about 2 months now, and really like it. The standard battery works great, have used for 36 holes without charging!! We play on very rough/hilly/mountainous courses with significant elevation changes and haven’t had any issues with the battery or the cart tipping over. I highly recommend reading the user manual before using it. For example it auto stops after 20 sec if you don’t hit a button on the remote for safety reasons.

It’s pretty much like having a caddy (except he doesn’t talk to you and you don’t have to pay/tip him). You pick your pace. This model doesn’t ‘follow you’. You directed it to where you want to go. I’ve enjoyed this caddy, glad I got one.

I purchased 2, 1 for me & 1 for my girlfriend. It does take some getting used to (the only golf cart you can literally run yourself over with), but it makes it so we can walk the golf course and get some exercise without killing ourselves. The battery life is outstanding and it has variable speeds available that should accommodate anybody. The only down side is that it is a little jerky when turning (I always hold onto the handle and slow down when crossing bridges just to be safe), and rough terrain can cause it to flip if you are going too fast. Otherwise, a great investment. We have played 4 rounds, so our savings on renting carts is already $120.

Very happy with this cart. Small and light enough to easily fit in my Fusion. Folds quickly. Easy to control, but need to be careful on side hills. Tips on sidehills, but I should always hold the cart (as I did with my manual push cart). when in that situation. Recharges quickly. I like the scorecard holder, which also holds 2 balls, a pitch mark tool, a couple of tees and markers. All in all I am very satisfied. Worth the investment. Aside from function, have received many comments on how it looks. Remote works well, no problems at 50-60 yards. Wish it had a brake, but no real problem. My club is hilly, and the caddy has no problems up and down. Takes adjustment to keep it close to help on those sidehills.

I love this cart. Only use in remote mode cause I don’t trust the other modes( you have to hit stop button ). No tired shoulders from pushing up and down hills. Folds up pretty small and easy to lift or carry. I get two rounds plus from charge. Remote is also rechargeable which is better than carry extra batteries. with remote i have still under control about 300 yards away. I have had over a year with no problems, then it started to make a noise from wheel. Talked to Ramos from service and he helped me discover the problem, which was an easy fix. Had to remove wheel and tighten two set screws. I’m handy but this was really easy. I LOVE using this cart.

This is ok, but for the price I expected more. In the follow mode it often looses contact with the golfer. Works better when it leads, but still will loose contact forcing you to stop and reconnect. While I really like the concept, I wish it worked better. So it¡¯s adequate, but not great.

Do the research yourself; the battery is so easy to pop out for recharge with no cable connections, it folds down for a good back of the trunk fit, easy to control. One caution, if you have it in following mode watch out for cart path hills covered by pine straw!

This is a great product that serves my needs very well. I have to say that I shouldn¡¯t have waited so long to get the lead me or follow me function E Caddie. These two functions sound pretty fancy but not intuitive and I quickly abandon using them. A simple push button to control the E Caddie is good enough. The battery is sufficient for 18+18+9 holes play. It can climb pretty steep slope, although failed once because it was just too steep. Overall I like the product

Played 16 rounds with the cart so far. Will run for 27/36 holes in good weather with no problems. Works as advertised. The follow-me mode does not work well while walking down hills. You must walk very slowly to keep cart from flipping over. I¡¯m disappointed a seat is not available!

So far this cart has done everything asked. Played 18 on Saturday and cart worked great. The follow command is great if you are on flat fairways. It has difficulty with following on sloped terrain as sometimes wheels slip and the sensors lose touch and it spins out. On hilly sections, I found it was easier in march mode, where I could direct it with the remote.

Great cart, I tried it for the first time this week. The follow mode is what I used most. It took me a few times to get use to connecting after shots. It had just rained and the cart had not problem with wet grass or hilly conditions. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to play golf and not worry about driving a remote or carrying a bag.
